Performance standard of Humidifier

　　First, the humidification amount. This is the most important parameter of the humidifier. In order to cater to the consumers' psychology of pursuing large humidification volume, some enterprises mark the humidification volume at will, so the standard strictly stipulates that the humidification volume shall not be lower than the nominal value of the rated humidification volume of the product.

　　The second is humidification efficiency. It refers to the ratio between the actual humidification amount and the input power of the humidifier, which reflects how much humidification amount can be generated per unit power consumption, and is an important indicator to measure the performance of the humidifier. In order to guide consumers to buy energy-saving and environment-friendly products and promote enterprises to develop more efficient products, the standard divides this indicator into four levels: A, B, C and D.

　　The third is noise. Considering that the humidifier may be used in the bedroom, if the noise is too loud, it will have a certain impact on consumers, so the standard strictly limits the noise indicators.

　　The fourth is the service life of the evaporation core (device). For the direct evaporative humidifier, the evaporating core is the component that has the greatest impact on the performance. With the continuous use of the humidifier, the efficiency of the evaporation core (device) will continue to decline, and the humidification amount will also continue to decline. The standard stipulates that when the humidification amount of the humidifier drops to 50% of the initial humidification amount, the evaporation core is considered invalid. The service life of replaceable evaporation core (device) shall not be less than 1000 hours.
