　　The T40 type axial flow blower is an improved design of the 30K4 type (also known as 03-11 type) axial flow blower.

　　Due to the modification of the airfoil of the original 30K4 fan, this fan adopts a new cylindrical hub structure, so that the air efficiency of the fan is increased from the original 67% to 84%, and the strength of the blade root is enhanced.

　　T40 type axial flow blower can be used for general factory, warehouse, office, residential ventilation or to strengthen heating and heat dissipation. , to increase the wind pressure in the duct.

　　This series of products is divided into ten machine numbers according to the different impeller diameters, which are arranged in sequence as №2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The blades of each model can be installed at five angles of 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, and 35°.

　　This series of products adopts a direct-connected structure in which the impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft. When the peripheral speed of the impeller does not exceed 60 m/s, it is equipped with three revolutions: 2900 r/min, 1450 r/min, 960 r/min . The impeller rotates counterclockwise when facing the direction of the air inlet.

　　The gas passing through the fan should be non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-viscous and free of significant dust, and its temperature should not exceed 45°C.

　　The fan consists of three parts: impeller, casing and air collector:

　　Impeller part: It consists of blades, hubs, etc. The blades are circular arc thin plates, which are stamped from thin steel plates, and are fillet welded on the outer circle of the hub according to the required installation.

　　Housing: It is composed of air duct, base and support plate, etc. SF-II low-noise axial flow fan is made of thin steel plate and profiles. The air duct is straight cylindrical, and there is a certain gap between it and the impeller.

　　Air collector part: In order to reduce the loss of the air inlet, the air collector is made into a circular arc streamline shape, which is formed by stamping or spinning of a thin steel plate.
