AC, as the name implies, refers to the cooling fans used for AC voltages of 110V, 220V, and 380V. What is the internal structure of these bracket cooling fans? Let's discuss it together.
The frame material of the bracket cooling fan is generally made of aluminum alloy. Because the AC voltage is too high, the speed of the fan is too high, so it is safer to use metal material. The fan blades of the bracket cooling fan are generally plastic, and some large bracket cooling fans use metal fan blades.
The internal structure of the bracket cooling fan (single-phase) is composed of two coil windings, one is the starting winding and the other is the running winding. These two windings are connected in series with each other, thus forming three points. The winding end is the starting end and the running winding end is the running end.
The bracket cooling fan also needs a starting capacitor, usually the capacity is between 1-2uf, and the withstand voltage is usually 250v, which refers to the normal use of the mains AC motor.
This kind of capacitor is a polyester capacitor, there is no difference between positive and negative, there are two connectors, one is connected to the end of the starting winding, the other is connected to the end of the running winding, forming a delta type, the power supply (no need to distinguish between the live wire and the neutral wire) is connected to the running winding. The end (that is, one end of the capacitor is also connected together), the other end is connected to the common end, and the ground wire is connected to the motor casing.
Usually, the starting winding of the single-phase bracket cooling fan can also be used as the running winding. If the running winding and the starting winding are reversed (that is, one end of the power supply is connected to the common terminal, and the one connected to the running terminal is changed to the starting terminal, so that the starting winding is used as the starting terminal. Running the winding), the motor will reverse, which is the only way to change the direction of the cooling fan of the single-phase bracket.
