　　1. Reduce temperature and humidity.

　　Dust mites prefer warm, humid conditions above 70°F (21°C) and 50 percent humidity.

　　Humidity: Effective control of mites requires maintaining relative humidity below 50%. According to relevant research, drying the sheets can greatly reduce the number of mites.
