　　1. It is better to use purified water for humidification of the humidifier in the printing workshop, because the water quality in many areas is hard, that is, the calcium and magnesium ion content is high. In addition, the water plant uses bleaching powder and other water purifying agents when treating water. These ingredients are very unfavorable for humidification of the humidifier. Some calcium and magnesium ions are sprayed out with the water mist, dispersed on the object surface and the ground, and form "white powder" scale after drying, The other part precipitates on the surface of the energy exchanger and the water tank, forming solid scale, which is caused by impure water quality. In addition, the humidification effect will be affected after the energy exchanger surface is scaled, and even if it is not cleaned in time, the energy exchanger will be loaded, and the energy exchanger and electronic components will be burned.

　　2. Regularly replace the old water in the water tank. Because the water quality will change if it is stored for a long time, do not drain water from the water tank and water tank if it is not used for a long time.

　　3. Do not add inferior additives (such as perfume) in the water tank, which may cause cracks in the water tank and the water contact part of the base, affecting the normal operation of the machine.

　　4. When storing the humidifier, please clean and dry the wetted part. It is better to place it in a ventilated place for air drying and then put it into the packing box< Tip: Never use plastic bags to pack and collect>

　　5. Three points should be paid attention to when cleaning the energy exchanger:

　　First, disconnect the power supply for operation.

　　Secondly, use Yadu special cleaning agent to remove the scale. During cleaning, drop 5-8 drops of cleaning solution on the surface of the energy exchanger. Of course, increase or decrease it according to the degree of scaling until the scale is removed. Be careful not to use hard tools to forcibly remove the scale to avoid scratching the energy exchanger.

　　Finally: After cleaning, wash the water tank with clean water. When washing, do not let the water flow into or splash into the base, so as to avoid short circuit and damage to electronic components.

　　6. The water level float switch should also be checked during use. If the float is scaling and the weight is heavier, it will also lose its water free self stop function, affecting the normal operation of the machine.

　　7. Air duct cleaning. All humidifiershave pneumatic devices. With this device, they have air inlet and air outlet. If they are used for a long time, the air inlet will also be blocked by dust, which will lead to poor air inlet and directly affect the diffusion of water mist. Clean the air inlet and outlet of the machine regularly.
