　　Past Lives of Essential Oils The first records of essential oils come from ancient India, Persia, and Egypt; Greece and Rome conducted a large trade in aromatic oils and ointments with Eastern countries. 　　The Arabs first distilled ethanol from fermented sugars, providing a new solvent for extracting essential oils to replace fats that may have been in use for thousands of years.

Her charming femininity and her dazzling beauty were mostly attributed to a mysterious, precious and unusual balm at that time.
