How to select workshop humidifier

　　Many workshops need humidification, but the methods used by many traditional customers in the moisturizing work are not very reasonable. The methods used in the past are as follows:

　　1. Soil method:

　　A. Sprinkle water on the floor of the workshop. Although this can slightly alleviate the problem, it will make the floor messy and affect the production efficiency of the entire workshop. Only using air evaporation can not play a good role in humidification.

　　B. Some customers also use electric heating wire (fast heating, small coal stove) to boil water. This heating method generates steam. Although it can also achieve a certain humidification effect, it still can not reach the wet booking level of 45-90% RH, and the power consumption is large and the cost is high. There is no merit for large workshops.

　　C: Some customers use the air compressor available in the factory to buy several spray guns to spray water and rely on compressed air to make water mist for humidification. In our opinion, the humidifying efficiency of this kind of humidifying method is low, and the gas consumption is large, which is not applicable to small plants without air stations.

　　2. Humidification by air conditioner: This is an advanced method, but the initial investment of air conditioner is large, the maintenance cost is also high in the later period, and the humidification effect is limited, which can only reach a low relative humidity level of 30-50% RH, which is far from the requirements of the workshop on humidity.

　　3. Use humidifier for humidification: This is the most ideal and economical method, but the problem arises again. At present, there are many types of humidifiers, such as high-pressure micro fog system, ultrasonic, electrode, centrifugal, etc. In fact, no matter which type of humidifier is, it is OK as long as it can meet our humidity requirements, but the precondition is that what type of humidifier is the most convenient and economic, we can choose it.

　　The following describes the characteristics of each type of humidifier:

　　1. Ultrasonic humidifier: The humidification effect of this humidifier is the best. Previously, the humidification capacity of a single humidifier was relatively small, which could not meet the needs of large workshops. Now, our single humidifier can achieve 100Kg/h. This humidifier is characterized by low energy consumption. The humidification capacity of 100kg per hour only consumes about 9 degrees of electricity, which is one tenth of the electrode type. 　　2. High pressure micro mist humidifier: it is mainly used in large plants. If ultrasonic humidifiers are used in large plants, one is far from enough, and multiple ultrasonic humidifiers may be required, which increases the maintenance of equipment personnel and is not conducive to management. If a high-pressure micro mist humidifier is used, it can be integrated to control and undertake the humidification of multiple independent workshops. It is characterized by low cost, simple installation, low maintenance cost and convenient energy conservation. The disadvantage is that the water mist particles are large and the humidification efficiency is relatively low, which is easy to form water stains on the floor of the workshop. 　　4. Water steam mixed humidifier: the humidification effect of this type of humidifier is not as good as the above, and its later maintenance work is very complicated, which often leads to problems such as blockage and water leakage. Recommended index 40

　　5. Electrode humidifier: large power consumption, high requirements for water quality, and large waste of resources. When some manufacturers bought air conditioners, suppliers installed electrode humidifiers in the air conditioners. After using for a period of time, not only the power consumption was intolerable, but the humidification effect always failed to meet the requirements due to the resource waste caused by frequent drainage of humidifiers.
