Does sleeping with a humidifier cause hypoxia.essential oil diffuser

When using a humidifier to sleep, it can lead to hypoxia, especially in the autumn and winter seasons, so we must be cautious when using a humidifier. The comfortable humidity for the human body is around 50%. If the air humidity is too high, people will feel chest tightness and difficulty breathing, so it is better to add humidity in moderation. The general humidity is around 40% to 60%, and the human body will feel good. Once the air humidity is below 20%, the amount of inhalable particulate matter in the room increases, which can easily lead to catching a cold. When the air humidity is 55%, it is difficult for bacteria to spread. However, if the air humidity is too high, such as more than 90%, it will cause discomfort to the human respiratory system and mucous membranes, reduce immunity, which is especially bad for the elderly, and will cause the elderly to suffer from influenza, asthma, bronchitis and other diseases

The reason why a humidifier can cause breathing difficulties after being turned on for a long time is mostly due to the improper placement of the humidifier. Generally, the height of the humidifier should be within 0.5 to 1.5 meters from the ground, and it is necessary to maintain a safe distance of more than 2 meters from people. Once it is too close, it can easily cause breathing problems for people.
