　　1. The power indicator does not light up and the fan does not rotate. First check the power transformer and fuse. Use a universal meter to measure the resistance to see if the coil or fuse is burned out. If it is short-circuited, replace the same type of transformer or fuse in time.

　　2. Fire between the two poles of the negative ion generator. The positive and negative plates are bent and deformed and rubbed, or the air humidity in the use environment is too high, which will easily cause the negative ion generator to ignite. You can use pliers to check and correct the pole piece. If there is no response, you can move the air purifier to a place with dry air for a short time, so that it can usually be solved.

　　3. The power indicator is on, but the fan does not rotate. The power indicator light is on to indicate that the high-voltage circuit is normally energized, and it may be that the fan is malfunctioning. First check whether the bearings are severely worn and whether there are foreign objects in the middle of the fan blades. If there is no problem, use a multimeter to measure whether there is a circuit break in the motor circuit. If there is a circuit break in the motor unit, replace the fan motor of the same specification.

　　4. The output concentration of negative ions is low, and the purification effect is reduced. There are many factors for the low concentration of negative ion output of the air purifier. It may be excessive dust and dirt on the electrode and filter, bending and deformation of the positive and negative plates, or the high voltage is too low. First, clean up the dirt on the electrode and the filter, check and correct the positive and negative plates, if there is no effect, then check the high-voltage circuit. Use a multimeter to check the rectifier tube, step-up transformer, capacitor, etc.
