Electric air heater

　　Electric air heater is mainly composed of air heater and fan. It is a machine that consumes electric energy and converts it into heat energy to heat the materials to be heated. During operation, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port under the action of pressure through the pipeline, and along the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating container, the path designed based on the principle of fluid thermodynamics takes away the high-temperature thermal energy generated in the operation of electric heating elements, so as to increase the temperature of the heated medium. The outlet of the air heater should meet the high-temperature medium required by the process.

　　In other words, its working principle is that the air heater dissipates heat, and then the fan sends it out to adjust the indoor air temperature.

　　The internal control system of the electric heater automatically adjusts the output power of the electric heater according to the signal prompt of the temperature sensor at the output port to make the medium temperature at the output port uniform. When the heating element is overheating, the independent overheating protection device of the heating element immediately cuts off the heating power supply, so that it can avoid coking, deterioration and carbonization caused by overheating of heating materials, and burn out of heating elements in serious cases, so as to effectively prolong the service life of electric heater.

　　Small air heater

　　(1) In order to make the temperature field in the workshop uniform and maintain a certain section speed, the air circulation times in the workshop should be checked when selecting the air heater, which should generally not be less than 1.5 times / hour.

　　(2) When placing the air heater, the jets of the air heater should be connected with each other to form a total air circulation in the heating space.

　　(3) The heater shall not be placed on the outer wall and blown vertically to the room.

　　(4) The installation elevation of the air heater bottom shall meet the following requirements:

　　When the outlet wind speed V0 ≤ 5m / s, elevation at 2.5 ~ 3.5m; When the outlet wind speed V0 > 5m / s, elevation at 4 ~ 5.5m.

　　(5) The range X of the air heater can be estimated according to the following formula:

　　X -- range of air heater, m;

　　V0 – the outlet wind speed of air heater, m/s;

　　D – the equivalent diameter of air heater outlet, m.

　　(6) The air supply temperature should not be lower than 35 ℃ and not higher than 55 ℃.

　　Large air heater

　　When using large air heater for heating, due to the large air outlet speed and air volume, the air heater should be placed along the length of the workshop. The distance between the air outlet and the wall shall not be less than 4m, and the air flow range shall not be less than the length of the workshop heating area. There shall be no tall equipment in the range area, and the height of its air outlet from the ground shall meet the following requirements:

　　When the lower chord of the power house is ≤ 8m, it should be 3.5 ~ 6m;

　　When the lower chord of the powerhouse is > 8m, it should be 5 ~ 7m.

　　Large air heaters shall not be arranged near the door of the workshop, and the height from the bottom of the air inlet to the ground shall not be greater than 1m or less than 0.3m.
