　　1. Too much water in the tank

　　There is always a misunderstanding: the more water in the water tank of the ultrasonic humidifier, the greater the amount of fog. In fact, the water level in the water tank is too high, which will cause the water mist to gather and collide seriously, which will quickly condense into water droplets, and the amount of mist will naturally be greatly reduced. Under normal circumstances, the water level can be diffused over the induction probe on the atomizing plate.

　　2. Too much scale on the atomizing plate

　　If the humidifier is used for a long time, the atomizing plate will accumulate scale, and after the backlog reaches a certain level, the atomizing sheet will be blocked, which will affect the mist output of the machine. Therefore, in the process of use, it is necessary to regularly clean or replace the atomizing plate and atomizing sheet. Under normal circumstances, clean the water tank once every two weeks to keep the water tank clean. At the same time, if the water quality is poor, a new water source needs to be replaced.

　　3. The circuit board fuse is damaged

　　After long-term use of the ultrasonic humidifier, the fuse will be damaged or even damaged, which will also cause a small amount of fog. In this case, replacing the fuse with a new one can solve it.

　　4. The atomizing sheet is broken or worn

　　The atomizing sheet is a lossy part and has a certain service life. In the working state of high frequency vibration, the atomizing sheet will burn out, resulting in no fog phenomenon. In this case, a new atomizing plate or atomizing sheet should be replaced.

　　5. There are too many elbows in the fog pipe or the pipe is too long

　　The vertical multi-curve layout is easy to cause water vapor ventilation blockage, which is not easy to discharge, thus affecting the humidification efficiency. Ultrasonic humidifier pipeline installation is recommended to be installed on a flat surface with fewer curves.
