Precautions for daily use of high-pressure micro-mist humidifiers

　　1 All pipes of the whole system should not use ordinary steel pipes that are easy to rust, but high-pressure seamless copper pipes, high-pressure seamless stainless steel pipes or high-pressure rubber steel wire composite pipes to prevent rust water from clogging the nozzles.

　　2 It can be directly connected to the water pipe, but the force filter must be strengthened to avoid the blockage of solid particles in the water nozzle. It is recommended to use softened water equipment or reverse osmosis purified water equipment to avoid the phenomenon of "white powder" during the humidification process.

　　3 If the machine is used in a cold area, you should take anti-freezing measures; when the main unit is installed outdoors, you must take rain-proof measures; after use, cut off the water source, work for 5 seconds, drain the remaining water in the pump, and prevent freezing damage to the high-pressure pump .

　　4 It is strictly forbidden to operate the water pump without water.

　　5. The installation height of the sprinkler head is recommended to be at least 2 meters from the ground and at least 0.5 meters from the roof. On the one hand, in order to increase the time for the ultra-fine mist particles to evaporate and vaporize in the air, on the other hand, to prevent the ultra-fine mist particles from being sprayed into obstacles to generate water droplets. If the installation height is less than 2m, the use of atomizing rapid diffusion device should be considered.

　　6 The installation height angle of the nozzle is a good use angle, and the horizontal tilt is 5∽15°.

　　7. The nozzle should drop 300MM every 100M, and there should be a fixed point every 2M; avoid the long-term use of the nozzle, which will cause bending, and cause the residual water in the pipeline to precipitate for a long time and block the nozzle.

　　8 Before starting the machine, please screw the pressure regulating valve to the no-pressure state. After starting up, slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve and observe the pressure displayed by the pressure gauge.

　　9 Before the high-pressure pump runs for the first time, add lubricating oil to the crankcase and add the lubricating oil to the middle of the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Never add oil; the high-pressure pump needs to be replaced with lubricating oil 50 hours before operation, and then every 300 hours. Use No. 40 or No. 60 oil.
