Industrial humidifier installation method.air humidifier wholesale

　　1. When installing a high -pressure spray in the air -conditioning unit, it should follow the principle of heating first and then humidifying, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of humidification;

　　2. The water supply entrance of the humidifier must be installed with precision water filters to reduce the turbidity and prevent the nozzle from blocking;

　　3. If the local water quality is too strong, in order to prevent long -term use of scabbal blocking and white powder phenomenon, it is recommended that the nozzle is often cleaned;

　　4. In the air -conditioning unit, it is necessary to set up water boards after the high -voltage spray section to prevent the droplets that are not vaporized from drifting to the motor or enter the air duct, affecting its life. The water plate is the best for wet film stalls. It can not only effectively stall the water, but also can humidify it in the secondary time, and improve the efficiency of humidification;

　　5. The DN15 water supply pipe and the 220V 50Hz single -phase three -core socket must be provided on the spot. The water source and the power supply must be led to the installation position of the humidifier of 2 meters, and the shorter the distance, the better.
